Before requesting service

Record the appliance brand and model, power source in use, display or error message, sounds, odors, when the symptom began, and what changed beforehand. A wide photo of the installation and a clear data-label photo are often useful.

RV air conditioners

Poor cooling can involve airflow, filters, coils, power, controls, sensors, freeze-up, fan operation, or sealed-system issues. In Arizona heat, indoor temperature may not drop instantly; accurate diagnosis compares operating conditions rather than judging by vent air alone.

RV refrigerators

RV refrigerator performance can be affected by power, ventilation, leveling requirements, controls, ambient heat, door seals, loading, and the cooling system. Stop operation and seek guidance if you smell ammonia or see yellow residue near an absorption refrigerator.

Furnaces and water heaters

Ignition, airflow, fuel supply, 12-volt power, controls, safety devices, and maintenance condition can all affect operation. If you smell propane, avoid switches and flames, leave the area, shut off the supply only if safe, and contact the appropriate emergency or propane professional.

Service boundaries

Generator repair is not advertised. Appliance replacement, access, and repair feasibility depend on the installation and findings.
