These draft terms govern use of the RV Wise website and online inquiry forms. They do not replace a separate written service agreement, work authorization, inspection agreement, or other customer document.
Website information
Website content is general information and is not a remote diagnosis, emergency instruction, guarantee, or substitute for inspection of a specific RV. Service availability, scope, and scheduling are confirmed directly.
Service requests
Submitting a form or leaving a message does not create an appointment or require RV Wise to accept the requested work. Customers must provide accurate RV, location, access, and symptom information.
Safety
Do not rely on website content when there is fire, smoke, propane odor, electrical arcing, carbon-monoxide alarm, active flooding, or another immediate danger. Move to safety and contact the appropriate emergency service.
Intellectual property
Original site text, graphics, branding, and media are protected by applicable law. Product and manufacturer names remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links and tools
External services may have separate terms and practices. RV Wise is not responsible for third-party websites outside its control.
Changes and governing law
